Klakkur

Our last day in the Faroes. We woke up to rain and low clouds but the forecast was for the weather to improv in the afternoon, so we took the bus to Klaksvík. Our goal was Klakkur (413m), just above Klaksvík which gives great views of the islands of Kalsoy and Kunoy.

We arrived in the peeing rain, and no visibility - no reason to go up a hill as there would be no view, so we went to Klaksvík's "park" since the waterfalls running through it. (extra).

There was no bus back to Tórshavn until late afternoon so I prepared myself mentally for a boring afternoon, but the weather improved significantly as we were having lunch. So, in the end, we went up and even had a view!
