Caught on the hop

It is just as well I keep a garden dairy. 

Glancing at what I was up to this week in 2021 and 2022, I realise that the first batch of seeds needs to be sown. For some reason I thought I had another month.

So tomorrow is the day. I’ve checked the seed packets, seed trays, labels and bags of compost. Everything is ready to go.

Today we were in town, which is obvious from this view from Cape Wanbrow again. We walked in bright sunshine and 18C. Winter? Really?

Clouds went forever over the Pacific.

The main is the view northwards. The first extra is looking over the town to the Kakanui Range in the west. The second extra is eastwards into the Pacific…and breathe…
