Hazy again

The air quality was at the "unhealthy for sensitive groups" level, or orange, today. It was not good.

Today at work, I was told I am not doing good work at my job but that it isn't my fault. Apparently I was just thrown into my current role (my duties shifted months ago) without being told exactly how to handle it. My supervisor was out for 10 weeks after surgery. So I thought I was doing things right, but I wasn't, and no one on my team was saying anything. Now I feel dumb and bad.
