A serendipitous pair of horses

I've spent the whole day out of Winchester with friends.  What fun.  I had no idea what my blip would be, but here you see a serendipitous pair of heavy horses have helped me out.

Well, I consider them very pretty, and I love tea and cake, but today I feel ashamed to be British with that dreadful bill passed by Parliament.  Whatever the solution is, it's not this.
