British seaside holiday

Fortunately we are not suffering the excessive temperatures being experienced in southern Europe and elsewhere.  Here the temperature was in the low to mid 20s C and, although it felt a little sticky in the sun, the light breeze next to the sea shore was very comfortable.

The West Beach at Littlehampton was far from busy, and this couple seemed happy in their deck chairs surveying the horizon to the south.

The poor mobile phone signal at our accommodation provides some peace from the hectic activities of the last week or so, although our emails are still busy.
