The outside was much more pleasant today. Unfortunately, the climate in our office hasn't really changed. It is still sweltering. Got the first set of minor bills for the flat purchase. Things might start to happen now. We are waiting for a bill from the tax office for the land purchase tax. I guess they might be a little more speedy to collect money from us. The Westhafen is still as busy as always.
