Lidded pot

We had a new tutor at the class today and she showed us this way of making a pot and lid all in one throw which is then separated into two pieces once it’s dried out to leather hard stage, and fettled a bit to fit together. I’m looking forward ti seeing how it’s going to work!

There were only two of us today and only four in total for this session so we’ll get plenty of individual tutoring each week. I’m surprised they’re running the class with so few people to be honest, but summer holidays probably isn’t a good time for lots of people.
