Rocky shoreline

We took the dog and his mum to a rocky beach today. It was wonderfully hot and given this beach is more rocks than sand it wasn't too busy. We went along the path with the dog and he had lots of things to sniff and investigate. This picture is from the headland of the beach which because of the low tide we were able to walk over and have a look round and take a few pictures. There were even a few hardy souls in the water, which was at least not freezing cold, but was pretty cold even though the air was warm the water in the estuary hasn't warmed up yet.
