Very dry

The red wine is not dry particularly but it is pretty rare, one of a 1000 bottles apparently.

E had booked us on a wine tasting here in Fuerteventura where they grow wine. (Is it greener to fly Rioja in from Spain than to water vineyards and produce it here?). Anyway it tasted great and a bit unusual.
