Two seasons on one mountain

It was so nice to get up this morning and actually be able to see further than about 10m. We seem to have been living in a cloud for about the last month. This photo looks like there are two distinct seasons on the Dents du Midi - one above the cloud and one below. This week it is supposed to warm up a bit, at last, so I have put my window boxes up and might even plant some things in the garden. Fingers crossed we have seen the last of the snow for this summer!
