Sherborne Castle Lake

Last yoga class this morning.

When I arrived home, I had a chat with my friend in Athens- she is suffering the relentless heat and her health problems . It’s a difficult situation as she has a house in England but hasn’t been well enough to come to it . She’s lived in Greece since the 1980s . I’m extremely worried for her . At present she was kicked out of her Air B and B and is living in a sun standard one !
To relax after this call, we had a gentle stroll round the grounds of Sherborne Castle .


Lots of herons were spotted around the lake as well as grebes .
A very relutai chi session this evening!
