Thrashing!

I arrived for the start of the second innings with our team having batted first….
Our team were great, they played hard to get a huge lead but what made me really proud was when the ops replacement batter aged 7 in his first hard ball game stepped onto the crease. They slowed it all down, encouraged, supported him and congratulated him when he got a boundary.
Really lovely to see them being so welcoming to the little guy.
