The Denis Howell Bookshelf

This is in the hotel where the reading group meets. Not sure if this relates to the politician but as usual at the reading group it led to a discussion away from the book, about our first Minister for Sport, and the summer of 1976 when he was appointed Minister for Drought. He was very successful and shortly afterwards was Minister for Floods.
I don’t think the bookshelf is one of the hotel’s main attractions, that belongs to the view.
