Leaving

Last day of school and the Leaver's Service for the Year 6 kids. 
This little man stood in the pulpit and delivered his memories of his school years with confidence and a sprinkling of humour. That's something I could never have done at his age.
It was a moving day for teachers, students and parents. 
Come bedtime, he almost dissolved into a pool of tears. Although he'd never admitted it until today, he loved his school and those who have supported and encouraged him through the years. He'll miss it, and they will miss him for sure.
Onwards and upwards.
