Chocolate alert!

First day of the new school year survived! As you may have picked up on my boys have a slightly sweet tooth with a particular leaning towards chocolate - so it's dark indulgent chocolate brownies with a side order of chocolate chip cookies on the menu today.
Been another fine day here. A suitably manic walk with the dogs involving lots of deer, very big trees sticks and a lot of swimming! And then a gym visit to start week 3 of our Couch to 5k efforts; I'm surprised at how well it seems to be going.......so far!
