VISITORS

My friend Ivor painted the living room ceiling yesterday. I can't wait to get it all decorated.

The house is pretty minging (dirty). It was 2 alcoholics who lived here before me and they seem to have just lived downstairs. It looks like they threw there pee (yes you read right) out of the living room window too as there was dried out pee in the window sills. The house had all been cleaned for me but the flooring all downstairs is bad and I have cardboard down to walk on till i can get flooring. I'm finding the smell hard to handle as well, but it is going a bit now as the house is being aired and painted.

Nic my daughter came through to Arbroath with a work mate and they spent the day down on the beach and the cliffs. When her workmate went home she came up to my place for a while.

Although we are only half an hour from Dundee it feels like I am miles away from her. It's wierd knowing she can't just pop in when she is bored like she used to do before.

Her friend and god-son came through in the evening for a while to visit and then took her home at night.
