Awaiting repair

Usually signs say closed for repair. In this case the gate at the far end of the park is chained open. I would imagine the self closing mechanism is needing attention. 
We actually had the park to ourselves on our walk this morning and normally I would have let them both off lead, but I knew the bottom gate was wide open and in the end it did us a favour.
When we approached this exit, Vinnie decided he was up for an extended walk, so we left the park, walked through the next two sections of adjacent house intersections/roads and then all the way back up home through the estate.
