Woke this morning with a sore neck, back and leg. Not what I was expecting. The mattress is brick hard, I am only hoping it softens a little in time. Going to try and sleep with just one pillow tonight.

Walked up to therapy and she wasn't there. I checked my email and she had messaged me half an hour before apologising that something had come up and she wouldn't be able to be there.
Bussed it home as I was sore and pee'd off, not at her just the situation.
