Another day off!

I had an intense chiropractic appointment this morning….ouch! No pain no gain they say. We took Bertie the Campervan this afternoon and had a lovely walk at Fort Le Marchant then sat in the sun for a while followed by a picnic. Simple pleasures are precious!
