Incoming....

bee as I focused on this allium(?) on a short walk to a shop today. Otherwise , much calmer wind and flatter sea today, so a swim and coffee with a friend after my run. Bit of gardening, lots of reading! Think I've got a jellyfish sting ( just itchy and annoying really)and antihistamines make me drowsy.
