Alien coming from Folly Bridge

This cyclist in a slightly odd suit walked towards me, coming from Folly Bridge. I was also pushing my bike, capturing trying to re-capture what millions of tourist in Oxford must have tried before me. I was quite grateful for the chance to have him in my photo, with his suit glissening in the 1st of June sun! Wondering what made him wear this glittering suit, including the matching face paint?

June is my favourite month of the year, and it started with radiant sunshine ...

My bike trip ended up with flat tyre in a repair shop though. Never mind, at least I didn't get stuck and had to push the bike back home for miles!
