Day 202/23. A thirsty Wasp

The wasps in our area seem to be struggling to find fresh water despite the recent rain. Our small bird bath saw a near constant flow of small wasps in and out.....4 or 5 at a time. They weren't bothered by me and my macro lens nearby. Too busy.
Are they drinking the water? Or collecting it to take back to the nest?
