Dishoom day

Bit of a lie in this morning. J went to fly ball training as they have a competition next week while I took Darwin up town. Dropped some stuff back at the new WhiteStuff shop and then went looking for some new walking boots. Headed to Stockbridge for a look around and stopped off at the record shop but didn’t buy anything. Turned into a 2 hour walk in the end and Darwin didn’t bark at any dogs and walked well on the lead the entire time. Rest of the day was spent in the kitchen listening to the women’s one day international while cooking a lamb curry for dinner and 6 weeks worth of soup for the freezer. Mum had an email on Friday from the financial company about her complaint. Seems they have justified themselves that they haven’t done anything wrong and offered £150 compensation for the hassle, looks like that’s going to be forwarded to the financial ombudsman in the next week or so. Watched a couple more episodes of True Lies and then got an early night.
