Get out your dancing shoes

Every now and again I go to Tracy Dixon's exercise classes to do a dance class called  'Broadway Blitz', which is great fun - who knew that a group of not-so-young women could attempt to dance so energetically to music from Grease, Oklahoma, I Love to Boogie, All That Jazz... (good job no-one was watching!)
