Lido

Today as Chiropractor recommended appropriate exercise.. Went to our  local lido. Its a special place!! swam for 25 mins.. Back not v happy..
Saw A different Chiropractor at the practice  who said swimming fine.
Todays Chiropractor same practice said no breast stroke!! aggravates which this has happened..
Back miserable this afternoon...  however the lady Chiropractor very switched on..
