Heading for the supermarket

I've worked from home today and made good progress. A trip to my local (supermarket that is ;-) for milk and herb tea combined well with blipping.

I phoned the surgeon's nurse and while reassured I'm frustrated, but I know recovery takes time and patience. The bumpy ride with my interesting system continues.

Other than that I've gone slowly and gently.

All that's left of today is relaxation. Have a happy evening blippers.
