New addition to the seafront amenities.

These are compost toilets - recently appeared next to the Martello Tower. They've only just appeared, not sure why, there already are toilets (albeit horrible) a few yards away.  According to the notices on the door, you chuck in some sawdust from the box outside and pour in some water, also provided. No plumbing required.  Not sure they'll withstand the Seaford gales.
