Time Stand Still

Sometimes when rowing I suddenly meet an animal, which is as surprised of our encounter as I am. This time the deer decided to freeze in the hope that I would not see it. Meanwhile I stopped rowing and slowly got my camera, focused it and took a few shots while the boat glided further to the left in the picture.. Soon the bush (which you can already see in the left) would be between us and then the deer ran away.
