Different angles.

My 2nd Park Walk with Michelle at Markshall Estate. I just made it in time. Took me 10mins to walk to the start....up hill! Lovely walk through the woodland over two laps. I jogged a bit more than last time at the end and shaved a full 4mins off the previous time. Happy with that... though I don't look happy in official photos!
We had a super pancake stack brekkie before going in to the actual gardens.
My photo is through one of the 3 holes in a brick change of water level. Michelle's picture was of my pose taking the photo. Just really made me laugh. Simple things. Good memories made with good friends.

Came a day earlier to Norfolk with MrK and FK. Went out for early dinner to The Red Lion Lounge in Fakenham for MrK's birthday. We chatted and laughed a lot. My normalometer is very high tonight.
