Horses in the grass

This morning mum headed off early to a photographic show whilst I stayed home and did more work in the garden in amongst taking granny to church and collecting her after the service. I noticed the horses in the paddock next to the church but didn't have my camera. On the way in to town before going home we swung past so I could get some shots.

We had a nice time looking at the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at Rheged and visiting mum and Chippy's stall in the photographic show.

A fantastic weekend, exhausted, mildly injured (including a nasty thumb wound caused by the lawnmower handle clips) but happy and content. Now to survive the next couple of weeks.
