Blackcurrant jam & tea

A massive haul of blackcurrants from my parents garden - just some from the plant which is having a bumper year.

I read that you can make blackcurrant tea from the leaves so am giving that a wee go too.

Have kept some of the branches & sure enough they already rooting and a shooting :-).
