The little man and I got a few tasks gone in town today. On the way back from the post office I found the local library and dropped to pick up an application form.

The lady behind the desk was lovely and asked whether I wanted to get Charlie signed up. It turns out we had everything we needed to register on us, so voila. All done. Charlie Bear now has a card I very much hope to use and abuse in years to come.
