Inspired by an audio visual exhibition.

Wearing headphones, I journeyed through seven dismal ‘rooms’, only moving into the next space when instructed, coarsely - almost fiercely- to do so. I listened to the stories of three refugees and how they were forced to tolerate insults, indignity and frustration. The walls were illustrated with appropriate pictures and articles, including this one in the final room. I emerged from the experience traumatised, to return my headphones to the creator of this powerful message.
