Battered daisies

The clump of large daisies has been battered by wind and rain over the last few weeks and many are lying sideways across the bed and path. So I cut some of the ones on the path as they were in the way.

Luckily we didn't get battered by the rain today ourselves - our bandstand gig in Harrogate got cancelled. We'd have been under cover, but the committee suspected we'd be pretty much playing to ourselves so it got cancelled :(
