In the Distance

This heron flew right over my head and it took me too long to get the camera out. By the time I was ready it had already landed.
I was only outside for minutes today. Wind at it's best all day long.
This summer seems to be nothing else but heat and wind. The wind today felt more like an autumn storm with summer temperatures.
