Beautiful Dragon!

I have also backblipped yesterday's Nuts! ...... hope you will have a look .... thanks to those who already have :-)

We did rather better today! Although it had been raining earlier it stayed dry for our walk this afternoon! Yay!

The wildlife certainly made up for yesterday .... the butterflies were out in force including a Holly Blue ...... also lots of bees, hoverflies & other insects :-)

We saw the Whitethroat & Kestrel ...... Goldfinch & Chaffinch & a Thrush with a beak full of worms :-)

Hard to choose my blip but this beauty won the day :-)

A female Black-tailed Skimmer (orthetrum cancellatum) ...... a first for us ..... she just had to be my blip! :-)

A shame that the only photo I could get was of her resting on the road but beggars can't be choosers as they say .... she was far too quick in flight!
