Cake

Yesterday I made a Vegan Gingerbread Loaf Cake & today I iced it with Lime flavoured Icing.
Never made Gingerbread Cake without eggs before, but this is so delicious, I will definitely make it again.
Very tempted to have more than one slice; but I haven't. LOL!
I've set a timer Camera to be active & take video's as well as photo's from 8pm to 7am  overnight to see if we can see what creature has made a hole in the garden & uncovered a multitude of plastic & rubbish.... who put it there in the first place is a good question.
