Coronation Eve

An evening to kill in central London so I walked from Millbank, along the River Thames, through St James Park to Piccadilly and back.

There was lots of activity going on around the Mall and I wondered what was going on. Of course, tomorrow is when the Queen celebrates 60 years since her coronation.

This is Horse Guard's Parade in the early evening light with the London Eye in the background and seating ready for tomorrow on the left.
