Window in Menton

I love this painting by Anne Redpath. I had the poster by my work desk for at least 10 years. It was good to see the original again at an exhibition in Berwick’s Granary Gallery this afternoon. We drove to Berwick (via Gala) this afternoon, to pick up our friends Suz and Jean, who are over from France for their daughter’s graduation. The ceremony was in Newcastle on Friday and they’ll be staying with us now until Wednesday. Lovely to spend time with them again.
