Prestonpans

My legs were still feeling battered after my hike up Ben More so I kept it flat again and went for a run along the John Muir way to Prestonpans from Musselburgh. Behind me i a glacial erratic called the Johnny Moat stone that was believed to be transported by ice from Arthurs Seat 11km away. In 2015 it fell off its rock shelf in a storm and there was much deliberation whether the 9 tonne boulder should be restated on its rock. I saw it on the sand but perhaps it had blown off again. I did't occur to me to take a picture of it for my blip until now
