Snail

My mum puts snails in the green garden waste bins, but it concerns me what happens to them once they are taken away. If I am moved to remove snails from the garden I tend to throw them over the fence into the field. A gardening friend observed that they were probably back in the garden by tea-time and that she gives hers to a neighbour's tortoise to eat...

Incidentally, I have just been back-blipping and according to this, this is my 1000th entry. I've never been good with working out numbers. I had intended to put Jasper in a hat, but it looks like he has escaped this fate for another year. So a snail it is! Oh well, chin chin :-)
