White to Blue Lion

This morning I took five bags to the charity shop - it always feels good getting rid of stuff! 

This afternoon I've been doing some music practice and walked down to the post office.  I noticed that the White Lion (one of the two pubs in the village) was having a new coat of paint. Blue inatead of white will look very strange - it's been white for the 37 years that I've lived here.
