Freighter Sunset

After a long travel day in rain and clouds we made it to Copper Harbor Michigan today.  We stopped at the Bishop Baraga Shrine along the way. (extra1).  The main shot was taken from the beach near the house we stayed at in Eagle River, south of Copper Harbor.  Late in the day I could tell that the sky was breaking a bit and as luck would have it, a freighter crossed just as the sun was setting.  It was a gorgeous sight!  I wish the photo did it justice.  Extra 2 is the Copper Harbor Lighthouse and extra 3 is a shot of the clouds and mist on the water.  Typical of today's weather for the most part!
