….. ….. ….. at Tekapo in the Mackenzie Country

I drove up to Christchurch today and am staying with a couple with whom I’ve had many an adventure. They were involved in getting me started kayaking, many years ago.

I left Missy at the Vet Kennels, which she loves. I felt quite torn seeing her being led away, but there wasn’t even a backward glance. Fair enough really!

There was a lot of unpleasant fog up on the Mackenzie Country but by the time I reached Tekapo the fog was left behind, and there was snow everywhere. So lovely!
