Waiting

This could be anywhere, but it is actually Uckfield - Waitrose car park to be exact. I am waiting for ZQ. He is looking for a new job; his current employers have cut his hours at short notice, which they can do because he doesn’t have a contract. He is worth better than that!

Noo is having a sleepover at Oscar’s.

I did run today. The heel is still sore, but I bought some ice in Waitrose and stuffed it into my sock. I’ll massage my calf when I get home, and make use of more ice. Walking is okay, and there is always cycling.

ETA: Noo is at A&E with GravyC; he jumped out of a tree and his ankle didn’t feel good :-(
