It rained (and briefly hailed!!!) in the night, but has been boiling all day and frighteningly windy.
A wildfire has broken out alongside the motorway between us and the airport, so I feel extremely worried esp with the husband away!
I hate it when it’s windy and feel all jangled.

My blip of an artichoke has nothing to do with anything. I just liked the way it looked and never cook them - prefering to order them out or in jars.
Let’s hope things calm down quickly..
