one man's trash is another's treasure

There was an estate sale in my neighborhood this weekend. Fully knowing I had no need for anything "new to me," I went in anyway. I came away with a rake, 2 books and a lead crystal bowl. And I couldn't be happier with my "treasures."
On top of all that, my friend gave me a 24mm, f/2.8 lens she no longer wants, so today I tried it out on the crystal bowl. I find it much easier than using a zoom macro lens.
