Colour on a grey day

I have enjoyed a quiet day at home. I have visited LIDL and Tesco, been for a run, written birthday cards, administered online accounts (mainly updating my profile picture, but also uploading a blog post about Marina's latest publication), and prepared two aubergine dishes for dinner this week from some of the vegetables in a bargain £1.50 LIDL box.

This evening we will play Azul, then watch Mach à seo (Finland) and an episode of Staged.

I blipped the window boxes against the grey on my way back from the supermarkets this morning.

Exercise today: 7k run; walking (16,467 steps including run).
