Interviewing today and this mug is special, so it was essential that I used it.

I used it, just as I would on an a normal day, in interviews over a year or so ago. However, the successful applicant told me long after that seeing me ‘n my Pride mug helped them feel more at ease.

It is the little things that count and you may never know what they are or how.
