I chose the option to minimise deliveries by waiting until everything’s ready. I chose the option of a Monday delivery, knowing we’d be out on Sunday.

Instead, I get the first part of an order on Sunday. Then a delivery email to say ‘delivery 1’ will be on Monday. Then a random email to ask whether I received the Sunday parcel.
